• Water and egg yolk (not included, but requires 200ml of egg yolk) must be added prior to the addition of semen.
• Comes with a vial of powdered antibiotics tylosin tartrate, gentamycin sulfate, lincomycin and spectinomycin. When all contents are combined 1,000ml of CSS approved extender is produced.
